I'd be more afraid of the worldwide pink press and media. THEY are the ones making us believe that every american is a wardriver and every muslim MUST be a terrorist (spared further examples).
In that case try and stay at 7200 revs. If you plan to use your computer as a media centre it should be quite quiet, hence no 10000000 spins for it, believe me.
There are plenty of quick hdds out there, maybe you can find something on an silent hardware forum. Those guys know what's fast AND silent!
I love every sound of every car here, mostly because of the many different concepts and engine layouts. 5 cyl. turbos, r4s, v8s, flat sixes.... the lot!
The porsches were the loudes cars overall, too bad I didn't film my exhaust sound induced goose bumps :-)
Maybe you could try converting the original file to aac, then convert it back to mp3?
I know, in theory the mp3 might be no smaller than the one posted above, but if IT only knows 0s and 1s, why is there always a 2 messing up the whole thing?
Your driving might need some improvement.
You enter every corner at stupid speed
You take a ridiculous line
You go full lock in the beginning of a turn, then apply full throttle and catch the slide just at the end of the turn
Which steering angle do you use? Sorry, but to me it looks like you've put on a "crispy bike" :-)
drive smoother, don't cut every single corner and things will work out fine
you also might want to lift the dsl/network cable when laying it in corners, so the electrons (going at almost light speed) can take a kind of banked corners.
OY! wireless here, 20mbit connection, 19500 get through the air. Maybe you should try getting a better WLAN cable, or google search for wlan speed spray. Might solve the issues.
Well, I'm really sorry for getting ranty sometimes.
I'm just angry about this "I've heard from a friend of my neighbour's step father's cousin who read on an nvidia forum that ati drivers suck and don't work" thing. This is so generalizing it hurts. Sometimes I feel the urge to be generalizing as well... and this hurts too
I really love to angry music... sometimes even the brutal stuff posted above.
I've had the honor to be at one of the really rare cannibal corpse concerts, but again, like listening to ska bands, after you've listened to 5 songs in a row it all becomes a bit boring (yes, some bands really sound like "snarf graaaaawl shreddershreder graaaaawl" in every song).
chainway is my all time favourite local band. Their music is sometimes listed as "mathcore"... don't know why this is so. Probably because sometimes you have to count carefully not to miss a beat
Here's quite an old youtube vid that shows how funny this music can be :-)
Sorry, but the stuff you've posted is utter crap. I've had Matroxes, NVidias and ATIs (I won't post a list, but my pc experience starts in 1990) and NEVER had ANY driver problems. not even with my 12 mile long vesa local bus cards.
Either you can install a driver or you're just useless. At everything.
Naah, the 944 is just too monstrous with its wheelarches and stuff.
924S says "look, I'm a small slim thing", and still has the same engine than the fatboy
Geeez, that is cheap! You see, that's the problem I have with getting a car. The smallest ones seem to be quite popular these days, so they cost almost the same as big ships... And I don't know if it would pay off to get a very very small car that uses 5 litres/100kms for MUCHO money, or if I just should buy a (used old) car I like, which drinks 8 lt. but is MINE immediately (no leasing or rental sh*t) and feels good.
My old alternatives would be a Mini (the good old one), Porsche 924S (not at all because of the power, but because the normal one is near impossible to get an E2 rating for the tax office) or maybe even an old weird citroen built before 1979.
Man, I hate those descisions. I'm gonna marry in August, We're going to buy a ~100000€ flat very soon, I don't have a proper job atm and I might need a car in the near future. My whole life is rolling like a big wave these days damnit!
You ARE indeed helpful, thanks for that. I'll have a look at that Logan. Also I've had a few Minis before, they're great! 650 kilos and 50hp... what a blast! the 0-series BMW is something different though
@Vinny: I think you can get way more car for your money... the 924S might just wipe the floor with the 107
But yes, If I went for a new car I'd go for a small 107/c1/aygo, despite the fact I don't like modern cars that much.

Edit: @thunder: sorry mate, 2002 Polo 1.2 (65hp) with 2 spare wheels (??) and dents in the bonnet (hailstorm) still is being sold for rediculous 5600€... One reason for not getting a VW: they're hellish expensive, even with no gadgets at all! Thanks anyway mate :-)
Earlier on I've sworn never to get a car beginning with an "F". So there'll be no Fiat, Ferrari, Ford or Folkswagen :-)
I might step back from this maybe (except for the 2nd and 4th one), but e.g. the Fiat Panda, Suzuki Idontknow, VW fox and the like are all cars for under 10000€, so they say. Effectively though you might want one or two gadgets on your ride which make it cost over 12000. Maybe I can tell the people at ye olde car shoppe that I want an 11900 car for a tenner, but I don't think that'll work.
I've seen many Porsche 924S's for 3-4000€... those have a cat and are zinc coated (so no rust). Modern super Minis cost 7000€ more, are about 100€/year cheaper in tax, use about 3 litres less/100kms, don't know about insurance. But keeping the fun of driving aside, would this be a wiser choice?

Edit: bambo, thanks for the hint... However I've had a look at their website just a moment ago. The Sandero is 7500€ when I want the raw thing. If I want side airbags I'd have to get the better line for 9500 AND pay 280 extra........ So in the end I've got a car that is taxed higher, has a higher insurance rate and costs the same as the others...
I only need enough space for 2 adults and a child seat, on the other hand it's true we all want the biggest thing for the least money :-)
